We stayed at one of the villas managed by Kefalonia Hidden Gems in July 2025. While the property itself was beautiful and well-located, our experience was severely undermined by the conduct of the co-host and the general lack of service. Communication felt cold, robotic, and transactional. From the moment we booked, there was no genuine hospitality — only generic messages and a dismissive attitude when problems arose. Key issues we faced: • No internet for the first three days due to slow, ineffective handling. • A blocked toilet, with a technician arriving unannounced and keeping us stuck inside for two hours. • No pool towels were provided initially — they appeared outside the next day without a word. • Only one set of towels per guest for a full week, with no offer of extras. • Poor cleanliness: cobwebs inside the A/C and a bathroom floor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. When we reported these concerns, the co-host responded defensively, even going so far as to blame us for the plumbing issue without proof. Not once did he apologize or show empathy. We took care of the villa, respected the rules, and expected a minimum standard of service. Sadly, we were left feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. Airbnb’s handling of our complaint only added to the disappointment. This review reflects documented facts and is meant to inform others — not out of spite, but in hope of more accountability.

Fantastic accommodation, location and the hosts were super response, accommodating and Tina and Makis were a huge support to us on our trip! The apartment was spacious, clean and had a unique layout. The views from the balcony were spectacular. Parking was available close to the apartment. Highly recommend, would stay here again next time I return to Kefalonia.

I could not recommend enough ! Beautiful studio in a great location! The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us ! One of the hosts, Tina was so kind to take us for a day tour and also drive us to our next location for a very small price :) The hosts were always available to answer any questions and kept us up to date with regular cleaning schedules. The cleaners came regularly and did an amazing job! If you are looking to stay in Argostoli then you must stay here !

Super friendly hosts! We traveled with a group of colleagues for work during Covid semi lock down in Greece. Their places are spotless clean and have hand sanitizers in them. The hosts are extremely helpful on everything we asked them for. The gave us detailed directions on all the places we needed to go to. Very nicely designed flats and comfortable as well. We loved our 5 star stay! Thanks!
