The whole excursion was educational, relaxing and a pleasant day outdoors
The trip was comfortable and air conditiond. I did feel that not enough time was given for us to enjoy the gorge as it was a longer walk than expected. The beach is quite stony so I would recommend taking sea shoes or easy slip off shoes. the trail through the palm forest is beautiful and we saw a few lizards while there. it would have been better if the toilet was working on the bus.
We were the first boat / group to arrive to Preveli, which was fantastic! We had plenty of time to get a coffee, climb up for a view of Preveli, and wander around the palm forest before getting back on the boat back to Damnoni. It was very busy by the time we left at noon. Loved the structure of this tour — tons of free time.
