Our 5-day safari was absolutely incredible — truly an experience we’ll remember for the rest of our lives! We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire National Parks, and were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five up close! Each park offered something unique — from endless plains filled with wildlife to breathtaking crater views and peaceful lakes surrounded by flamingos and elephants. Venance was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He had an amazing eye for spotting animals and shared so many fascinating facts about their behavior and the environment. My husband and I had an incredible time on our 9 day/8 night comfort safari + Zanzibar anniversary trip with ABCS! To start, we had some complications with our trip dates and had to push out at the last minute - Naomi + team were super accommodating and worked with all the flight/hotel vendors to make it possible for us to postpone without losing any money. Our guide, Elias, was truly wonderful. He was knowledgeable, kind, timely, and knew everything one could possibly know about the wildlife in all of the national parks we visited. He also constantly found us amazing viewpoints of animals, especially lions. Several times, we drove up as the only car to a pride of lions and were so immersed in the nature. He also drove very safely throughout the entire adventure, even on the bumpy roads to and from the Ngorongoro Crater. Overall, we felt very cared for by the ABCS team. Emmanuel met us before and after our trip to brief us into the adventure and give us details on the next leg of our journey to Zanzibar. They were timely to answer their WhatsApp when we had any travel issues. All of the hotels they arranged were great too. We have to particularly shoutout Moonbow Lodge, a new property in the Lake Manyara area that was booked for us when a different property booked up, and the beautiful property was one of the highlights of our trip. The food at all of the lodges was delicious, with clean drinkable water everywhere (a concern of ours before we arrived), and neither of us had any stomach issues. And every lodge had thoughtful details to celebrate our anniversary. We highly recommend African Big Cats Safaris!
