Tajikistan is traversed by three historic branches of the Great Silk Way that once connected Central Asia with distant lands and cultures. These routes formed a vast network of exchange that influenced trade, ideas, and cultural development across centuries.

The northern Sugd route links Samarkand to Kashgar, while the Karategin route stretches from Sariosiyo to Kashgar. In the south, the Pamir route runs from Termez to Tashkurgan, forming a strategic corridor through some of the region’s most dramatic landscapes.

Shaped by Persian, Greek, Chinese, and Arab civilizations, these ancient pathways played a vital role in global commerce and cultural interaction. They helped establish long lasting connections that continue to define the historical identity of Tajikistan and Central Asia.

This multi day tour explores key cultural and natural landmarks across the country, including Shaartuz, Bokhtar, Vose, Kulob, Darvaz, Khorog, and Ishkashim.
