I really wouldn’t recommend this tour company. I joined their Eqi Glacier day trip, and it seemed like they oversold the boat — there weren’t enough seats for everyone. The cabin was cramped, visibility was poor, and it honestly felt unsafe. What made things worse was how unprofessionally they handled it. The staff kept blaming others and spoke in a very rude, defensive way, without ever directly apologizing for the company’s mistake. The whole experience was nothing like what you’d expect from a professional tour operator. There are plenty of other companies in Greenland offering the same tour — go with someone else if you want to actually enjoy your trip. 🗣️ After sharing my experience on social media, many people replied saying they had also booked tours with this company and had similarly bad experiences. It’s really confusing how this company still has such a high Google rating, given how many travelers have reported issues like this.

NOT recommend! Bad experience with Eqi glacier trip. The staff failed to provide sufficient drinking water and meals for all passengers on board.And the captain removed his shoes during the voyage and placed his feet on the control pane. NOT safe at all!

I can honestly recommend the Eqi glacier tour with unique tours! Friendly, english-speaking guide, drinks and sandwiches on board, and what's most important, breathing experience of watching and listening to one of the most active glaciers on Greenland. Everything was on time and well-organized. Local guides did a great job!

We had a fantastic late afternoon / evening tour where we sailed along the whole edge of the Icefjord. We spotted two humpback whales. Very pleasant local Skipper and a very comfortable boat

I had originally booked a boat tour from Ilulissat, but unfortunately, the cruise ship couldn't anchor there. Unique Tours reacted in no time, organized everything and picked us up directly from the ship in Ilimanaq. The sunset tour was spectacular! They also organized the water taxi rides to Ilulissat almost spontaneously, so we could still reach our scheduled sightseeing flights in time - including taxi calls and phone calls with the airline. Always superfriendly and superquick. And all this amidst the chaos! I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! My stay in Ilimanaq/Ilulissat was unforgettable thanks to Unique Tours. A thousand thanks for that!
