Super fun and cool experience! Being from out of town it was very cool getting to hear about Phoenix's deep haunted history! Cayleb was very fun, was very knowledgeable, and was open to questions! Would totally recommend to anyone visiting, but it also seems fun even for Phoenix natives!

We attended the ghost hunting tour with high expectations, but the experience was underwhelming. The event felt more like a history lesson than an actual ghost-hunting experience. Much of the tour involved walking through downtown, passing busy nightlife areas where it was difficult to hear the guide clearly. The presenter spent a significant amount of time discussing the background and history of the buildings and their owners, with only brief mentions of any reported deaths or paranormal activity. Additionally, the tour concluded quite a distance from our original meeting or parking location, which was inconvenient. I also paid for an additional device that unfortunately did not work. Instead of offering a refund or replacement, the guide simply took it back, noting that the battery was likely dead. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost. Guests should be prepared for extensive walking, a detailed history presentation, and only minimal discussion or engagement with any ghost-related phenomena.

Our tour was great, very informative. Disappointed that we did not experience any actual paranormal activity, but still a great tour. Our guide Caleb was very friendly and personable, and a wealth of knowledge about the history of the varios sites we visited

Lucas was a great guide with a wealth of knowledge. When it was available, he did not hesitate to have us inside of buildings to tell the stories so that we were out of the heat. I was originally scheduled for a different date but had to reschedule due to him not feeling well. However, Lucas was more than willing to do anything in his power to make it up. He was even kind enough to order a driving service for us at the end of the tour so that we did not have to walk back to the starting point. Great information and great tour.
