We had such a wonderfull afternoon on this boat trip. Matteo and his father are very welcoming and easy going people. The children had a great swim. They really took the time to let them play. The food was above expectations: all local ingredients, home-grown and fish they catched themselves. Delicious! The tour and information on the Trabocchi coast was informative and relaxed. One of the best ways to spend your time in Abruzzo.

A highly recommended experience! The skipper and his son were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly: we learnt interesting facts about the local area; we swam off the boat in the warm Adriatic sea; we sailed along whilst admiring the fascinating coastline with its fishing platforms and pretty hill-top towns with the backdrop of the striking mountain range; we ate a delicious on-board aperitivo prepared with local, home-grown ingredients and using local recipes. The boat is extremely comfortable, we especially liked the comfy cushions on the bow where we could lie and sunbathe whilst travelling along. We disembarked feeling relaxed, calm and happy - the essential signs of a good holiday!! Thank you - we will certainly be coming back next summer!

We had a wonderful experience with Freedom Boat! It’s so refreshing to see a true family business — run by a mother, father, and their two sons. We had the pleasure of doing the tour with Matteo and Andrea, and they were both fantastic: warm, professional, and full of interesting explanations about the sea and the coastline. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and their passion for what they do really shows. They also went out of their way to recommend great spots to explore in the surrounding area, which made our overall trip even better. Amazing experience on the ‘sunset tour’. The boat company were very happy to cater for dietary needs (gluten intolerance), and great communication all round. Everyone had a fantastic time and enjoyed a swim in the warm waters of the Adriatic. Throughly recommended.

I am so lucky I found this tour! I was looking for something to do with my husband very last minute. From the beginning my experience with freedom boat was smoth!
