The service isn't bad, to be honest. They pick you up. The zip-line experience is fantastic. The rappelling down the waterfall is amazing, especially since you're already hot and it cools you off. It's only a short 40 minutes, but more than enough for me.

The place is indeed nice, but the activity lasts an hour! At least, that was the case for my group this morning! The feeling of being rushed by the instructors ended up being unpleasant. Helmets are mandatory (normal!)...but no hairnets to cover your hair. Hello hygiene! If the activity actually lasted 2.5 to 3 hours as advertised, the price would be justified.

Excellent activity if you enjoy trekking and activities that involve direct contact with nature. Incredible panoramic views! Includes a guide and transportation to/from your hotel. You'll need to bring an extra change of clothes for after the rappel. I highly recommend it and will return.

Super fun! The guys who are there are really attentive, the trails aren't that difficult, and the long zip line overlooks a really beautiful lake/river. When you go rappelling, you know you're going to get your shoes wet, so it doesn't hurt to bring an extra pair in your backpack. At the end, you have to climb a trail that gets really tiring, so you arrive at a rest stop with seats and a bar. Plus: the guys were happy to tell us stories about the place and take photos of us with the lake/river.

Very good! I recommend it as an extra activity. For me, it's too short: a hike, then a beautiful canopy tour with hanging bridges, and finally rappelling, which unfortunately we couldn't do due to the river's flow. All the staff were very professional and super attentive. It should last at least an hour longer. September 2023: $12,000 COP per person. They have several departure times and pick you up.
