Scam. I got it for my baby’s christening and they never showed up, not answering the phone or email. I’ll call the bank to get my money back and also went to the garda to let them know what this company is doing. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Be very careful using this firm and make sure you get them to delete your credit/debit card details from their system after you have paid. Despite paying in full last year for a bouncy castle, Bounce Direct keeps charging my credit card for it. They charged it twice in two days - each time for €120 - 10 months after it was paid for. Still trying to get them to refund the money to my card before I have to escalate it to the credit card company. No response from Bounce Direct. The castle and delivery itself last year was good - the money end of it is a mess.

Bounce direct came to the rescue when I realised the day before my sons 4th birthday party that I had been scammed from a well known bouncy castle company. They saved the day with less than 24 hours notice. The two men could not have been nicer, it was delivered early and the bouncy castle was spotless. My son had the best day. I will use them for any future castle needs. Highly recommend. Perfect service.
