We booked the Ball Mania Bounce and Slide Bouncy Castle for our son's 9th birthday. Although their website mentioned 'no steps,' the specifics were unclear. We have a few wide steps in multiple levels leading to our garden—something other providers have navigated without issue.We were notified only the day before the event that they could not accommodate steps, leaving us little time to find an alternative. Efforts to communicate with the company for a workaround went unanswered. While we weren't charged, the experience left us frustrated due to the last-minute nature of the communication and lack of flexibility. A simple dolly like the one found here could have easily resolved the issue.I wish BounceCrazy had been more communicative and flexible in their approach, avoiding disappointment for our son and his friends.

We ordered from bounce crazy for years and for some reason, went with another supplier recently. They badly let us down after booking months in advance and Clive at Bounce crazy sorted us out on two days notice in the busiest time of year. I'd never use anyone else! Thanks again Clive.

The website lists a special offer for the weekend, €300 down to €250. Got a text before delivery confirming the booking but I should have read it through, the booking was only for Friday to be collected at 4:00 pm on Saturday. Clive phoned me and basically roared down the phone at me. During the phone call with Clive, to try and resolve the issue, he also accused my wife of leaving him short €50. She hadn't for which Clive later apologized by text. This guy is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Unbelievably bad attitude. AND they are expensive. €50 for sandbags, but we got them for free???

Great bouncy castle with slide delivered and set up by Colin. Our 4 year old, and his sisters and friends had a blast on it over the weekend. Deliver and set up guys quick, tidy and polite. Fully recommend.

What an unprofessional and absolute let down. Booked an obstacle bouncy castle for a communion, received a confirmation email.. 7 days out I get a one liner to cancel with NO resolution or offer to accommodate with alternative staff. I have one disappointed little boy.. Take a bow Clive.
