Sept.25: Great park, due to still winter time, only a few hiking paths open. Unfortunately the bigger once closed due to icing. We went with train into the NP. As we were very early, we could take pictures with no one it it, however 20 min later it got packed with people. We had bought online train tickets & got QR codes for park, which we needed in print form. The cashier scanned the codes & we got the printed version. And we needed to obtain the park tickets upfront as well. We bought these with cash, as outside the waiting lines were loaded with people who wanted to pay with credit card. The nice cashier gave me her cap for a picture.

It is a lovely national park on the Argentine part of the island of Tierra del Fuego, set up in 1960. The park has dramatic scenery, with waterfalls, forests, mountains, and glaciers. Its 630 km2 (240 sq mi) include parts of the Fagnano and Roca lakes. Ushuaia, the capital of Tierra del Fuego Province, is 11 km (6.8 mi) from the park. The park can be reached by car, coach or by train. The park forms the southern portion of the subantarctic forest and is known for its biological richness. Excellent place to visit. Amazing landscape. Fee charged for entry. Uneven terrain, lot of walking. Popular with tourists. Wear comfy shoes, take water, wear hat, sunscreen. Parking is easy. Toilets available. Cafes and restaurants available.

A beautiful place worth visiting. If you can, stay as long as possible and enjoy nature. Lots of walking trails that are mostly easy. It is better to enter the park with your own car (or a rented one) because you will be more mobile and freer in organizing your time, which you will soon see is a privilege. There is a ramp at the entrance to the park. If you haven't bought a ticket before, you park here and buy a ticket at the nearby info. The employees are very friendly, answer your questions and suggest what would be the best to visit depending on your time. The park is connected by a good gravel road that any car can overcome. For nature lovers and those who know how to enjoy nature - come here.

Incredible place, the views are breathtaking. We went in winter so it was really cold and windy, but no snow :( there were some hard snow and ice on the floor in a few places though. We went in the morning with a guide.
