Eu conheci a agência no hotel Desing Suites e fui muito bem atendida por Emília! Escolhi os passeios e assim foi… gostei de todos e vivi experiências únicas nestes lugares! Obrigada por tudo!

We thank Emilia for organizing the excursions and for the suggestions she made so we had a great time. In addition to the warmth and kindness she gave us, we had a great time. Highly recommended!
Livia

I arrived in Bariloche with no plans, but Emília was absolutely amazing in organizing and arranging all of my tours. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their service! It was my first time in Bariloche, and with so many tourism options available, it’s hard to know who to trust — but you can definitely trust them!

My sister and I were visiting Bariloche and walked into Guru travel and were greeted by Emi (Emilia) the owner, we felt like home she explain the best packages to visit places taking under consideration the amount of time we have, the weather conditions and our age. It was perfect! Buses and the tour guide guys were amazing and very knowledgeable. Emilia was available(practically on call) via text and voice call all the time and made sure we enjoy every step of the way! Laura (her assistant) gave us tips about restaurants (they call them Resto). Thank you Emilia for such a wonderfull experience! You can find her office next to the lobby of the hotel Design Suites Bariloche an amazing place by the way!

We took the 7 lakes tour from Bariloche to San Martin de los Andes. The van picks you up at your hotel and brings you back. It’s a 9 hour tour from point to point. The van is for 10-12 people. After 1 1/2 hrs we stopped in a small Swiss style town for a 1/2 hr break. All buses stop here too. Then you proceed on the road and stop at an overview of each lake. It was a clear sunny morning and the views were beautiful. The lakes are huge and at a distance. You eventually arrive at San Martin de Los Angeles for about 2 hrs for lunch, shopping, or walking. San Martin is a Swiss style town with many restaurants and shops and flat surface walking. It is on the coast of the 7th lake. We enjoyed being able to stretch our legs and walk. Our drive back was long and we didn’t stop again until we reached the town from the morning where all buses stop. We had a 25 min break then returned to the van for the trip back to Bariloche. Although it was a tour viewing beautiful lakes, the ride is very long. One more stop for bathroom breaks would have been appreciated. The ride back was a long time to be seated in a van. If you are older than 40, as we are, it can be very uncomfortable. My joints became too stiff at the end from lack of movement. We don’t regret being on the tour. But perhaps renting a car where we had control of when and where to stop would have been better for us.
