One of the best experiences I have ever had! I went in 2023 and everything was outstanding. They offer so many different experiences from horse back riding to hiking glaciers and they are very worth it. Definitely book this remote adventure if you want something different.

We were a bit unsure whether to book this because it’s a full-day tour and we usually prefer to explore independently. But I am so glad we did — it ended up being the best day of our entire month in Argentina. The whole experience feels magical from start to finish. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, the boat is beautiful and spotless, and every staff member we met was fantastic — friendly, organised, and clearly passionate about what they do. The 3-course lunch with wine was a real highlight too: high quality, generous portions, and served at individual tables rather than buffet-style. We chose the Glacier Upsala viewpoint option, which includes the 4x4 drive up the mountain and a short hike at the top. The views up there are incredible — genuinely a must-see if you’re visiting the El Calafate area. If you’re hesitating like we were… just do it. It’s absolutely worth it.

The trekking experience is great. The lookout of the Upsala glacier is wonderful. You can experience the strong winds and the astonishing views. Guides are super friendly. El trekking y el mirador del glaciar Upsala son increíbles. Vale la pena.

What an incredible place! The trekking experience at Estancia Cristina was absolutely unforgettable surrounded by breathtaking views and pristine nature. The guides were extremely professional, super friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and its history. Their passion made the whole experience even more special. If you’re planning to visit Patagonia, you must spend a day with this amazing team. It’s an adventure you’ll never forget

A fantastic day excursion. You begin with a boat journey to a viewpoint of the Upsala Glacier and sail around icebergs before heading to the ranch. We did the 4WD excursion which takes you up to a point from where you take a short walk to a viewing point which gives you great views of the glacier from a closer perspective. It’s an easy walk suitable for all ages. You then return to the ranch for a tasty three course lunch and then a visit to the museum which provides an overview of the history of the ranch. The boat then takes you back to the starting point. Highly recommended! The classic options involves a walk around the base of the property and there is also a trekking option. The 4WD option was perfect for us!
