From start to finish our driver Darcio ( I hope that’s how it’s spelt ) was brilliant. We had time at each stop to explore and enjoy the sights. His recommendation to eat at Caldeiro Verde was worth every cent. Had 3 course meal with wine and water and finished off with a coffee for €25 each. Met some great fellow travellers on our jeep ( Phil and Joanne ) and on the other jeep ( John and Sue from New York ). Made the whole day worthwhile. The other travellers were all great as well but as usual I’ve forgotten their names.
A great day out with some off road experiences. Our driver was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and a good driver. Because it was a small group (just 6 people) , getting on and off the vehicle was quick and few pick ups at the start of the day.
