Instead of hitting a wall, slamming your phone, or flipping a table at home, participants can shatter, break, stomp, tear, and yell, embracing a raw, animalistic release. This experience acts as a form of unconventional therapy, allowing you to let go of tension without reflection or deep meditation. It’s a high-energy, liberating activity that combines physical movement with the satisfaction of destruction, creating a truly cathartic experience that is both fun and freeing.

As this is a physically active experience, participants are encouraged to wear clothes that allow for movement. While there are no strict dress code rules, closed shoes such as sneakers, trainers, or running shoes are recommended for safety and comfort. For those who do not bring their own footwear, safety boots are available for rent on-site at AED 25 per pair. The Smash Room ensures that guests can focus on enjoying the activity while staying safe and comfortable throughout the session.
