A very good place to look for technology and electrodomestics. Specially when they have offers. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Yo can find from a small gadget to a big screen, washing machines, etc. They have also insurance plans to cover your goods for several years. You can pre-check the things you want to buy online if you would like that before seeing them in person.

Please DO NOT trust currys for your purchases. Ive been to currys multiple times and because of the salespersons ive left empty handed frustrated due to their lack of interest and knowledge. This time i only went because the brand i was looking for was in stock with them. The sales representatives are incompetent and have zero knowledge of home appliances that are being sold. Imagine we were sold a dryer machine shown as new model but was actually named wrongly on their website as well as the salesperson having zero clue what he was selling. And we were also told it was the best deal and superb machine. After purchase for When we checked on the product brand website it was an old model and the appliance was being discontinued and had worse energy rating than what we were shown. We had to go back to cancel it. Again “nobody” was available in that department and it wasnt done on one visit. Extremely disappointing. So do not trust them one bit . And avoid especially the home appliances section if you can.

I purchased a TV on March 16th from the physical store. I could have bought it online, which would have given me points on my credit card, but since I urgently needed the TV, I preferred to buy it in-store. Ordering online could have taken up to two weeks for delivery, and since I live in an apartment with inconvenient hours to receive deliveries, I chose the store purchase. When I got home, I noticed that the box was already damaged. Upon opening it, I saw that the TV was also damaged. I contacted customer service, and was informed that I could go to the store and request a 10% discount, which would have been acceptable to me. However, when I went to the store, the manager informed me that the 10% discount option did not exist. Instead, I was given the option to exchange the TV for a new one. However, they do not have the TV in stock, and I would have to return the damaged unit first, wait for them to process it in the system, and only then would they be able to request another one. They cannot do this in advance, meaning I would be left without a TV for an undetermined period—defeating the purpose of purchasing it in-store. I have always preferred to buy my appliances from Currys, and this TV was the same price at competing stores. The TV is already installed in my home and is functioning perfectly. However, the damaged area is clearly visible. I do not want to be left without a TV. Currys' customer service is not aligned with the policies of the physical stores. The customer service team is unable to assist with anything related to in-store purchases.

Sold us a machine that they had one left in the warehouse that had mistakenly been opened, but was new. We didn't think the woman we spoke to, Entela, seemed like a liar, but clearly we were wrong. As you can see from the pictures, we didn't even need to unpackage it fully to start seeing the issues. I urge you not to shop here, it is a disgrace. Customer care were absolutely awful and couldn't get us in contact with the store. Before bringing the machine back we dropped in to Navan branch and they couldn't have been more helpful, they were appalled by the state of the item we received and called the area manager.
