Unfortunately they sold the wrong type of arrows; the website didn't mention that they were only suitable for a maximum draw of 25lbs. This is very dangerous, as arrows can break and snap into your hand, especially for a beginner like me. I've reached out to Simon requesting a refund, and I plan to return the arrows with damaged nocks (as I've been using them without realizing they weren't suitable for my bow, putting myself at risk with every draw). He replied that I could send the arrows back, but didn't address whether I could return them due to the damage. I've sent two emails, the latest dated March 2nd, but haven't received a response.
