Wonderful safari experience! Thank you Sivi for a great late afternoon tour. The tour was incredible we saw so many animals and Sivi made sure to give us all the information, to keep us safe and drive us to the best spots. Generally the place and the owners are wonderful people and I would definitely come back.

The best stop of our honeymoon trip! We stayed at the Nyala lodge and it was super comfortable and clean. The food was great and you definitely get full. But the highlight are the tours (early bird, sunset and walking) which were over 3h. You might not see all Big 5 but they want to make sure that the animals are back in their national environment and restore the land. Because of that we had the chance to come very close to white Rhinos that were super relaxed! All tours were with Vincenzo and we enjoyed every minute to learn more from him and having great conversations! If you can do the walking tour, it’s the best!! His passion for the animals came through and we can’t thank him enough to make this trip very special. To everyone, thank you so much for your warm welcome and care of the animals 🫶 Best, C&M

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Garden Route Safari Camp! 🌿 Having a three-course dinner served out in the bush by Teenage and his wife was a truly magical experience. We woke up at 5 AM for the morning safari and watched the sun rise over the landscape — something we’ll never forget. Our guide Heiden was outstanding: incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the experience special. The staff at the lodge are warm and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared — every meal felt special. A must-visit if you’re in the area. Highly recommended! 🦓☀️🦒

Such an amazing tour! Advertised for 2-3 hours, and we were lucky enough to spend roughly 5 hours with the tour guides. Friendly, informative, and humorous with everything they provided. Would highly recommend to anyone - shoutout to Liam.

Top service. Excellent quality. You get more than what you pay for. Guests get treated like friends or family members and competent staff goes the extra mile to make guests feel special and seen. I contacted them at 7am one morning after another adventure which we planned for my husband's 40th birthday, was cancelled unexpectedly. Within a few minutes, Garden Route Safari Camp welcomed us with a beautiful set table, beautiful views, amazing food and a VIP safari tour. We got more than what we ever expected. Thank you. We definitely made some of our favourite memories here. This place is a gem worth exploring for international guests and locals alike.

5 wonderful days with so many lovely activities! The itinerary was packed with amazing things to do- ziplining, horse riding, bungee jumping, safaris, wine tasting, ostrich farm and many more! Isaac is an unbeliavably nice guide! He drives smoothly, he gives info about places we pass by, he is friendly and relaxed, he is polite and discreet and simultaneously always available to give solutions and advice with everyting! All accommodation places were either very nice or supurb! We were given actually the glamping upgrade in Baffelsdrift - it was such an amazing luxurius and beautiful stay, beyond any expectation! The private safari in Botlierskop was unexpectedly beautiful and our guide Silas was probably the best Safari guide I have ever met! Overall, a tour really worth doing!
