Great sales; terrible repairs; mostly terrible customer service. I bought my bike from Hollingsworth many years ago: the woman (a member of the family) was very patient and informative. After several attempts over the years to get my bike serviced there, I gave up. Hardly anyone would talk to me, even though I was standing right in front of them; and they always quoted me for jobs that didn't need doing. I took my bike for a service today, just to see if anything had changed. 3 week turnaround time (I was told, after being ignored by the lads there for a full 5 minutes). Go elsewhere if you can.

I called 3 cycle stores all with waiting lists . Hollingsworth cycles said pop in well get you a box. The lovely staff then dismantled my bike and boxed it. Thanks to them ill get my flight tomorrow next stop Tashkent

Very expensive store. Was looking for two tubes for my bike, didn't have the code but gave staff member wheel size, I was told that the cost for each tube was €30. I asked did they have any other types in store, was told no. I left, went to another bike store and bought two of the exact same tubes for €21. Very disappointing.

I got Air put into a Presta Valve Set of Tyres today by Ross in Hollingsworth Tyres which I haven’t been able to do myself for a good while for free & bought a Stand for the back of my Car too for €90 which I thought was a very fair Price. I like Hollingsworth & would have given them a 5* Review. But I do agree with other Reviewers that Price is an Issue - especially for Repairs. Am basically saying 4.4/5 & it would be higher as they are Good People. But just not the Excellent Overall for a 5* Review.
