Dropped into GreenAer (just off Pearse Street) today with soft tyres on my e-bike. I was warmly welcomed by Ollie, who had my tyres pumped and chain oiled in no time (thanks to Igor too!). I mentioned a minor issue with rainwater getting into my LED display — Ollie immediately found a clever plastic cover and secured it with cable ties. All free of charge. Ollie was a fountain of knowledge, generously sharing practical tips: • Mounting a light on the handlebar (rather than above the wheel) improves visibility to side traffic • Sitting more upright increases field of vision • As we age, our reaction times slow — so consider avoiding ‘turbo’ assist level. I later discovered that Ollie is one of the owners — you’d never guess from his humble, hands-on approach. Excellent service, kind people, and great bike wisdom — highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with the service and support from GreenAer (specifically Eimear). Bough a Reise and Muller multicarger mixte. Eimear made sure I got to try the bike a good few times and then spent time to ensure I got the customisation I needee (passenger kit, gps/alarm, baby seat etc). All was so seamless. I'm 250km into the riding the bike. It's the dream.
