Why would you ever buy a Fiido on line when you can go to a dedicated Shop in Swords, see the total range, test for size, suitability etc, and get a store guarantee rather than an international one. Receive a full backup support from a very friendly staff. its a no brainer. Worth the 40 minute drive for me. Highly recommend my experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM FIIDO STORE!! Don’t buy from these guys!!! Worst customer service ever, don’t follow any CCPC laws, will argue and block any communication, will not follow any rules, their business isn’t even registered to their actual location address. Bought a faulty bike and they are absolutely horrible to deal with, messages on WhatsApp the choose to ignore you, a bunch of foreigners that are so rude, and have no respect for their customers making threats and even after my bike was dropped in for repair refused to give it back to me. Lucky I was able to file a chargeback and filed a case in Small claims court. They don’t even have a legit CRO as the courts have came up with 4 different addresses. You have been warned these are the worst people in any business I’ve ever dealt with and that is being across 8 different countries over 30 years it’s my worst experience.
Just dropped my partners e bike into fiido today, very friendly staff, we had expected to be told to collect bike on Monday, but they had it done in 1 hour, super service and fantastic staff, highly recommend this shop,
