Misleading, Unprofessional, and Not Worth the Money My wife and I booked the 18-minute Camps Bay & Hout Bay flight for our anniversary - advertised online with a route over water followed by over land going behind Table Mountain. We even paid extra to make it private What we got instead was a 12-minute flight that didn’t follow the advertised route and was instead only over water - when we questioned it, staff openly admitted their website video, in-store visuals, and route map were outdated and incorrect, yet they’re still used to sell the longer flight. In other words: completely misleading The “safety briefing” lasted about 10 seconds, which already felt amateurish Then the owner, Rob, behaved unbelievably rude and dismissive when we asked to reschedule the proper flight they admitted we SHOULD have received - even his own staff Sean apologized for his behaviour There are plenty of reputable helicopter operators at the Waterfront Do yourself a favour and pick ANYONE ELSE

Rudolph Ras, our pilot, was calm, confident and clearly skilled. He made sure we saw all the key locations in the city making the flight truly remarkably. Mable, our host, was warm, organised and genuinely caring. Mustapha made sure everything in the background ran smoothly and that we were comfortable the whole time. I’d definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic experience! Mo made sure we were calm and well-informed, and Ryan the pilot was super professional, focused on safety but also fun. Nothing felt rushed, we could enjoy every moment. The flight was short but unforgettable, and the photos/videos straight to the phone are a must. Highly recommend — Mo and Ryan made it special!
