Enjoy a thrilling three-hour dog sledding adventure through the beautiful forests, where guests have the opportunity to interact with the huskies before, during, and after the trek. The experience begins with meeting the dogs in their yard, followed by a short 5 to 10-minute drive to the trailhead. Once there, guests receive a briefing on handling the dogs and sleds before taking control of their own sled dog teams. Along the way, there are plenty of photo opportunities to capture the stunning scenery and the excitement of mushing through the snow. Depending on the weather, lunch is served either on the trail or afterward, and any allergies should be communicated when making a booking.

Most participants enjoy mushing their own dog team on easy terrain, with up to two people per sled, both standing for safety reasons. The minimum age to participate is 12 years old, and children aged 12 to 14 must sled with an adult. No prior experience or special physical fitness is required, making the adventure accessible to most guests. Groups can range from two to eight people, providing a personalized and engaging experience where participants can connect with the dogs, enjoy the snowy landscape, and experience the unique thrill of dog sledding in a safe and supportive environment.

The transport arrangements worked very well. All staff that we engaged with were friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I loved the fact that we were able to meet the dogs before going on the ride , having a cuddle. It was clear that the dogs are loved and well looked after and that they love what they do. The guides instructions were clear even for novices like ourselves I will not lie the actual sleigh ride driving was physically challenging and I did build up a sweat!. Very nice to enjoy Coffee and cake afterwards in the yurt combined with a insightful talk from one of the guides.

Amazing activity! Short comfortable journey to the venue. Dog time to play and stroke all the dogs before we begun sledding. The sledding lasted around an 70-90minutes. We then got time to play and see the dogs again before we had a hot drink with cake around a fire. We then had a talk with one of the staff about the dogs where we were allowed to ask questions. Amazing and would definitely recommend.

The best sled dog experience for young people! My 13 year old daughter is halfway through the junior academy and loving it so much she wanted to miss a family holiday, rather than miss a session with Joe. She is learning all about dog welfare, communicating with dogs and mushing. Joe is totally professional and keeps every session super fun and exciting. Olivia comes home from each session bursting with new experiences and things she has learned and wants to tell us about. It is a truly unique and invaluable experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I had the best experience husky hiking with Jo and her dogs. Jo really went above and beyond as our car broke down en route about 10 mins away and we were going to miss our booking. However, Jo rang us and said she’d pop down and pick us up! So kind of her to offer- it really made our day! As a non hiker I was afraid the route would be difficult but it was a lovely 4km where we were each harnessed to one husky. Be sure to stay grounded as my husky pulled me into a puddle! Good laugh but something Jo did tell me at the start of the trip. The dogs each have their own personality and quirks which Jo briefed us about at the start. The dogs are beautiful and clearly well looked after and Jo did go above and beyond by dropping us off back to our broken down car and making sure we were looked after. Luckily we broke down next to a recovery specialist! Will be back for the sledding some point in the future! Thank you so much!

Literally THE BEST DAY EVER!! Joe and her team of super woofs are awesome! Beautiful, well cared for, friendly dogs who not only LOVE to run but adore snuggles! Joe is so knowledgeable and her instruction clear and safe. The kids loved having their own two dog run and Josh and I enjoyed our super fast 6 dog teams so much! The dogs have stolen our hearts and we will be back for more! Thank you ❤️

What an amazing experience to have. Jo and her wonderful dogs have given my family many happy memories today. Our little girl wants to bring all the dogs home with her. Jo is a brilliant coach and wonderful with kids and adults. We were a mixed bunch of ages in our group and she spoke to us all equally so even the youngest understood. Oh gosh the dogs. 💕 So well behaved and obviously really enjoy being out with Jo. They were very gentle, no bouncing up at us, and all loved a fuss. I must admit to probably spending most of our 3hr session smitten with all the dogs. I've come home covered in fur and mud, what more could I ask for? The venue isn't the easiest to find and I would reccomend using their "what3words" address to find it, but with poor signal in the area be mindful your signal may drop out. You are out in the woods, so make sure you rap up warm and being snacks (not near the pups). Again I honestly couldn't have wished for a better time for our girl. She can't wait to go again, and next time she wants to go even faster lol Jo you may have started something with her 😆 thank you x
