The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Portland. You’re minutes away from all of the best bars and restaurants, which was perfect for our winter time stay. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and offered great recommendations. The rooms were cozy and spacious and always clean. 10/10 would stay again! Special shout out to Adam, Pearl, Elizabeth and the bartenders name who i forgot!!

Had the absolute best stay at Portland Harbor Hotel. My spouse and I came up for the weekend to celebrate a little baby moon and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay so special and memorable, even left us a really sweet gift for the baby. Highly recommend! Perfect location and the rooms were lovely. Amenities - 5 stars all day.

We used the Portland Harbor Hotel as our hotel block for our wedding. Everything was great! The hotel was very flexible on the hotel block options, the staff was super easy to work with, and they threw us a great brunch as well! The courtyard made for a fantastic location for my wife and I to take photos (with our dog too!) and the room we stayed in was fantastic.

First time visiting Maine and Portland Harbor Hotel absolutely added to the wonderful experience. Lovely clean and spacious rooms, very nice bathrooms, and amazing staff that checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable. Adam at the front desk was especially excellent. Next time we are in Portland we will stay here without question. The terrace is just as beautiful and enjoyable as it looks on the web. It was a huge draw for us and we really enjoyed staying warm by the fire and under the heaters. We didn’t eat at the bistro but it had lots of delicious looking options and a great bar. The location could not be better as well. Awesome local spots on the block Nextdoor. I also loved the lobby. I would intentionally take the elevator to the lobby and then walk down the staircase to the street level even though the elevator goes there directly. Valet staff were great too. Absolutely recommend the Portland harbor hotel. The people here act like they are excited to have you stay and be comfortable, versus some hotels that just treat you like another reservation. Also the lighting in the room is much warmer, that’s just my camera.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Portland Harbour Hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Portland, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches that made it feel special. The restaurant and bar on-site were excellent as well—delicious food and a great atmosphere to wind down in the evening. What stood out the most was the level of service—friendly, attentive, and genuine. Every interaction felt like they truly cared about making my stay perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the Portland Harbour Hotel to anyone visiting the area!
