Street Art of Portland bike tour

Explore Portland’s vibrant street art scene on a guided bike tour through the inner Eastside, the heart of the city’s passionate and evolving street art culture. While the city’s street art has existed for decades, it was largely shadowy until recent years when a strong collective of local artists brought it into the spotlight. Participants will be fitted with a bike and helmet before embarking on a ride that highlights both historic and contemporary art forms. Along the route, riders will see wheat paste murals, an impressive user-created skate park, new spray paint styles, and brand-new buildings designed with art in mind, offering a diverse and immersive artistic experience.

During the tour, guests will learn about graffiti culture, meet some of the city’s long-time favorite artists, and discover the newest creative talents shaping Portland’s streets. The ride includes stops at or near unique import shops filled with art, insights into how the city’s art culture connects with its protest scene, and a special treat along the way.
