Dangerous and discriminatory experience – families, please avoid My family and I booked a boat trip with this company, but the transfer service was one of the worst and most unsafe experiences we have ever had. • The driver arrived 20 minutes late, was rude, and even tried to drive off before two of us (including a pregnant family member) had safely gotten into the vehicle. • He refused to let my mum sit in the front seat, claiming he needed it for another couple, and forced us all into the back with poor air conditioning. • When it came to child safety, he shouted at us to hold our young niece on our laps, even though another family’s child had their own seat. We later found out they paid only €35 total, while we paid €130 for six people, yet were denied the same treatment. • The driver gave the other couple free water, tea, and cigarettes, while treating us with hostility, making discriminatory remarks, and smiling mockingly at us the entire journey. • On the return, we arrived first at the car, but he refused to let us in for 10 minutes until another driver intervened. When we sat in the front seats, he became aggressive, shouting that those seats were reserved—even though management had told us seating was not assigned. • The most alarming moment: while my sister and niece (sitting together in the front) were already in an unsafe seating arrangement, the driver slammed the brakes on an empty road, nearly causing injury. Later, when my niece accidentally touched the back of his seat, he stopped the vehicle, screamed at her, and even threatened to hit her—until he noticed we were recording. We reported everything to the management, who advised us to keep recording as evidence since we expressed fear for our safety. Unfortunately, no alternative vehicle was provided. If you are traveling with children, pregnant women, or anyone who is not Turkish, I strongly urge you to avoid this company. We did other activities with them that went fine, but when it came to our safety, their failure to act was shocking. Your family’s well-being is not worth the risk.
We went to the Antalya Aquarium from Belek and the service was excellent. Our driver was punctual and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend for excursions from Belek.
