That was a surprise! We spontaneously took a boat tour. We did not expect much but within 1 hour and 45 minutes we drove up the canyon. It is a bit hidden and you can not see it unless you take the boat. It was very beautiful. At the end of the trip, we got the chance to take a swim for 20 minutes in the lake. But the restaurants are not good. They are way too expensive. That's scam. And also don't book something with food.
Beautiful scenery, trip is strongly recommended to couples, families and solo adventurers as well. At the end of the trip, make sure you use the opportunity to swim in the designated part of the nice and cool water! 💦
The Green Canyon tour was really interesting! The views were stunning, and the mountains looked absolutely amazing. The program was the following: 30 minutes for swimming and 30 minutes for boating. At the swimming spot, there were changing cabins, and for those afraid of deep water, life jackets were available. The boat ride was the highlight for us - the drivers played music, which made it feel very romantic. Soft drinks on board were free, but food was not provided. There was also a photographer on the boat taking pictures of everyone (for free), and later you could choose to buy the photos you liked. At the end, the boat driver “hinted” that the crew earns very little and suggested leaving tips. So besides swimsuits and towels, it’s a good idea to bring some coins with you as well.
