We had an absolutely magical evening last week thanks to everything aligning. The combination of a super informative quick SUP lesson followed by a gentle yoga flow with Caroline on the boards while the sun set and then ending with an enchanting sound bath with Michaela while the full moon beamed upon our faces was just spellbinding.
