I have been down to Galveston multiple times and have never been on a ghost tour as I’ve never sought the need to. Today while getting some ice cream we were informed about a ghost tour, Thomas was by far the best tour guide I have ever had. He is worth requesting and joining a tour of with, by far the best tour I’ve had (and I’ve been on multiple ghost tours) he’s hilarious and super easy to get along with!! Highly recommend!!!

Awesome tour! We spent the day at the waterpark and caught the 10pm tour! I cannot remember our guides name but this is him! He did such a great job walking us through the history of Galveston and kept things very intriguing! We had our 9 year old with us (which is into the spookier side of things) and he loved it. (If you don’t want to experience some of the night life that may be wandering through your tour maybe pick the 8pm tour.) Our guide made sure to go out of his way to keep it entertaining for him, but still appropriately relay the information to a group with a variety of ages and keep it fun for all. Thank you! We learned a lot and will definitely not ever forgot our tour on The Strand!

Amazing tour! Jacob guided my husband and I to several historical locations and gave us some interesting and spooky stories! It was such an incredible experience that I couldn’t hold my enthusiasm throughout the whole journey! I loved listening to the stories of Galveston and learning some really creepy details about the strand. I think one of the most surreal moments was when we where in front of the Tremont and Jacob was recounting a story that we had passerby’s not part of the tour corroborating the story with their own eyewitness accounts. Not spoiling the stories, but definitely take part in the spooky strand tour if you’re in Galveston! You’ll learn a lot of its history! Thank you again for being our guide Jacob! You were awesome! I will certainly think twice about the Strand when I’m roaming around through the day!
