Lovely setting and experience here. Very few people at the Cenote — water very brisk as well as cold showers! There are a lot of small fish in the water and others were apprehensive about diving it but I enjoyed my swim. The lunch was very good - much better than one might anticipate at a tourist attraction like this.
A nice quite cenote to visit. Keep in mind this is an underground cenote, the water is cold (22c/68 F).
Cenote Hubiku was one of the highlights of our day trip. It’s conveniently located near Ek Balam and Chichen Itza, which makes it the perfect stop between exploring the ruins. The moment you walk into the cenote, it’s breathtaking the huge cavern, the natural light shining down, and the crystal clear water all make it feel like something out of a movie. The water was refreshing (exactly what you need after climbing ruins all day), Whether you’re swimming, taking photos, or just soaking in the atmosphere, Hubiku is unforgettable. If you’re visiting Ek Balam or Chichen Itza, this cenote is a must-visit it ties the whole day together perfectly.
