We brought my son who has Autism (ASD) to see their Santa for people with additional needs and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic. Our elf Kayleigh was absolutely amazing and kind. Their Santa Claus was so understanding and caring when it came to my son’s needs. It was quiet and calm, an environment that suits my son as noise etc can be quite a lot for him to handle. They had a little work shop where he could spend as much time as he needed. All in all I’d give it a 10/10 and I hope it makes a return next year!

We visited the Santa experience here and it was great, our son loved it. All the staff and Santa were brilliant and they had so much time for us. Would definitely recommend a visit 🥰

Had the most fantastic Santa experience. For a family with neurodivergent adult and child, it was a fantastic, calm atmosphere for all involved. Santa was the real deal. So much time for the kids. It was an amazing experience. Hopefully it will be back next year. Well done to Siobhan, Alex, Jamie and all the team.

Was in Blanchardstown today and stopped by Siobhán who told myself my sister and my two nieces about the Santa experience happening in the store, we brought the kids up as they are so excited for Christmas and love anything to do with Santa. All of the elves were so lovely with the girls and the whole experience was so special and Santa himself was brilliant. We were surprised the whole experience was free as some paid experiences don’t even compare to this! Thanks to Siobhán and the elves for all of the fun and magic of today. I have told my friends with kids to come along tomorrow.

Respected manager, 15th November Yesterday evening 5 pm. I had very bad experience in your store ever. On billing counter asking me for only cash. No card payment. Even i was standing in billing queue for more than 5 min. Nobody told for cash only on all counters. If something happens for card Machine it should be 1 or 2 counter never happened all counters. I think you don't know revenue department rules. Can't ask to customer for cash payment Force fully. 😡😡😡 Or intentionally for tax savings your staff asking for cash payment only. I don't know what's intentions. Please take care on that.
