Frozen Timber Trail (Approx. 7-8 Hours)

Set out on a full day of winter exploration through the serene and remote Northwoods on this extended self-guided snowmobile adventure. With eight full hours on the trails, riders can travel deep into the pines, follow long stretches of snow-covered terrain, and experience the quiet beauty that comes with spending an entire day immersed in nature. After a brief safety and operation overview, each participant will start their ride with a GPS map and a clear understanding of the route options available. The journey stays entirely on safe, land-based trails with no lake riding, allowing freedom to explore wide forest corridors, winding backcountry paths, deep powder sections, and scenic overlooks while taking breaks or enjoying photo opportunities along the way.

Participants begin by checking in at Throttle RX Rentals in Danbury, Wisconsin, where they will complete a quick safety video, operation orientation, and waiver forms. Riders are provided with helmets and goggles, with the option to upgrade to full-face helmets with heated visors for an additional fee. The package includes a snowmobile, trail passes, GPS map, trailside assistance, and insights on local attractions and restaurants. Guests should bring warm clothing, boots, gloves, and other cold-weather gear, as well as a credit/debit card and state-issued ID. Children must be at least 46 inches tall to ride, and the activity is not suitable for pregnant women. Depending on age and machine rented, a snowmobile safety course and a damage deposit may be required.
