Superb food and selection on breakfast and dinner. Thermal baths are also very nice with a lot to do. There is playground for kids and also play room inside. You can go for a beautiful walk around the hotel because it's surrounded by a forest.

Outstanding, hotel is amazing, food is amazing 5/5, facilities are incredible, the swimming pools (inside and outside) are lovely, hotel staff are very helpful spoken in English and Polish. There was a lovely lady at the active Bar that was always very friendly and polite. Cleaning ladies after leaving our room everyday made a sure that we didnt need anything else in the hotel room. View from the hotel room was extraordinary (on the 1 day it didn't rain). All In all definetely the best trip we've had ever!

We went here on August 15, a public holiday and very warm day. It was insanely overcrowded, but we drove two hours from Krakow and had already bought our tickets. There was a really long line from inside into the parking lot. When going inside to check if we had to be in that like as well, the person at the reception was rude and said it wasn’t possible that we had bought tickets online. When we showed her, she let us in anyway. All beds outside were “taken” (towels left on them to mark them as reserved, even though no one was using them). The term thermal baths should be taken very loosely, this is a water park more than anything. If you’re expecting a more spa/wellness experience, maybe try elsewhere. There wasn’t a single place that wasn’t full of people, just like the parking. It’s probably very different on different days, but our experience was not great. Loved our day out in the southern mountains of Poland though, and as it’s very close to the Slovakian border, we drove down there after.

Termy Bukovina, Zakopane Mineral Baths What an amazing place! We visited as a group of six and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The building itself is exceptional, with beautiful architecture that perfectly complements the stunning mountain surroundings. The restaurant offered great food and service, making each meal a pleasure. The spa, health centre, and hotel facilities all looked outstanding — you can tell they’ve been designed with both relaxation and wellbeing in mind. We can’t wait to return in winter to experience the magic of sitting in a thermal bath surrounded by snow and crisp mountain air. A truly memorable destination that we highly recommend.
