We went on the bus tour to the north of the island stopping off for wine tasting then on to the monastery (which unexpectedly opened). The Drogarati caves are quite amazing. There were only five of us from our tour that went in but they are well worth a visit. Melissani Lake is another must visit place. Lots of beautiful scenery and another harbour side stop for lunch. Lots of information from our guide Maria. All in all a great day out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Day with Kefalonia Excursions From start to finish, our experience with Kefalonia Excursions was amazing. Niki was the first person I spoke with, and she was incredibly helpful in planning everything. Lefteris and the team put together a completely custom full-day tour for our group of nine, including all the places we wanted to visit. The whole process was seamless, well-organized, and surprisingly affordable for such a tailored experience. On the day of the tour, we were warmly greeted by our wonderful guide Katerina and our driver Babis. Both were so kind, accommodating, and professional, making the entire day feel effortless. Katerina shared so much knowledge with us, and we loved that the itinerary had the flexibility to pivot on the spot so we could make the most of our time. We visited breathtaking spots like the Melissani Cave and Drogarati Cave, and along the way we not only saw incredible sights but also learned so much about the island. The team even arranged convenient pick-up from our hotel in the morning and dropped us off at the port in the evening so we could catch our ferry to Zakynthos — a perfect door-to-door experience. It was truly a wonderful day filled with stunning views, great company, and thoughtful organization. We can’t recommend Kefalonia Excursions enough for anyone wanting to discover the best of the island!

We visited the Melissani Cave as part of the Keflonia Island Tour. Stunning views - the guide was entertaining and shared insightful snippets of information to enhance the boat tour - enjoy.

Our trip to Ithaca was absolutely brilliant, and it's all thanks to Georgia, who truly understood our needs from the start. She recommended the perfect bus and boat trip, including a single swimming stop, which was a fantastic suggestion given we were traveling with my older parents. The whole day was fantastic value for money and a wonderful, full-day experience. Our coach guide, Eleni, was incredible—so knowledgeable and engaging. The trip took us to some truly special places that will stay with us forever. If you're looking for a memorable trip, I highly recommend this one!

We booked the Kefalonia island tour online. It is €35 for an adult and €25 for a child. We were text the day before to explain time and place of pickup which was around the corner from our apartments. We went to the monastery to visit two churches, vineyard (tried 4 wines), Drograti cave (€6 for an adult €3 for a child) then we got to Melissani cave (€10 adult €5 child) but the line was quite long so the driver and guide decide we'd come back later in the day. We headed to Fiscardo and stopped for a photo at Myrtos beach viewing point. You get 1.5 hours at Fiscardo so we walked to the beach which was ideal! Then visited Melissani on the way back. Whole day was brilliant. Driver was fabulous and the guide was great giving so much history and stories! We loved it! Highly recommended!
