A very fun, all season experience for everyone. The Avondale Treetop Walk and Viewing Tower is a very fun and relaxing experience all year long. Whether it’s summer or winter, you are going to enjoy a pleasant walk surrounded with beautiful views and nature all the way to the top of the viewing tower overlooking the surrounding park. After the walk you can kick back at the lounge while enjoying your favourite drink or a bite to eat. There’s ample parking, which costs around 6€. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the 2025 lights experience was a bit of a letdown. Compared to earlier years like 2023 when the atmosphere was much more festive, this year it was more about advertising Disney Plus than anything else which was very very off putting and completely ruined the experience for me and my family

This was a bit pricey, but a really fun experience. It was 36 euros for 2 adults to go up, plus 4 euros for 2 people to go down the slide. 6 euros for parking. You can also get tickets for the Avondale House tour which we skipped. Smurf village was closed and we didn't have kids with us anyway! They also had a pretty decent cafe downstairs.

This is a fantastic place for the whole family, both kids and adults. The treetop walk & viewing tower is amazing, offering beautiful views, and the slide is a real hit with the little ones. There’s also a restaurant on site with tasty food at reasonable prices – the menu is varied, so everyone will find something they like. The hiking trails are well-marked and diverse, and along the way you’ll find picnic spots with benches and tables, which makes the trip even more enjoyable.

A Great Day Out for All Ages! Park up, bring a picnic, and prepare to spend the whole day—this place is well worth the money. There’s something for everyone: Forest walk – peaceful and scenic, perfect for a bit of nature therapy. Treetop walk – fun and unique, with stunning views. Slide & playground – kids will love it and stay entertained for hours. Whether the sun is shining or the skies are grey, this spot is a brilliant choice if you’re stuck for ideas. Highly recommend making the trip

A very large and beautiful park with a high tower to view the surroundings. From this tower you can slide down for € 2. But there is one minus. A large queue is constantly accumulating and in order to slide down, you have to wait at least 40. Suitable for everyone. Especially for nature lovers. Entrance to the park costs €16. The territory has a cafe, a gift shop and a picnic place.
