Barranco de Fondo o dels Morts

The Barranco del Fondo in Xeraco offers an intense canyoning experience set in a dramatic and wild landscape of the Valencian Community. Known as a vertical and technical canyon, this descent is designed for adventurous participants with previous abseiling experience. The route combines impressive rock formations, narrow passages, and spectacular sea views, creating a unique environment that feels remote and extraordinary. Guided by professionals, participants learn and apply safe canyoning techniques while enjoying a demanding yet rewarding challenge in nature.

During the four to five hour adventure, participants complete nine rappels, including a striking sixty five meter descent divided into sections. Along the way, natural passages, handrails, and siphons add variety and excitement. The approach trail leads to the first rappels and gradually immerses the group into the heart of the canyon. This experience blends technical progression, adrenaline, and unforgettable scenery, making it one of the most thrilling canyoning routes in the region.
