My husband and I went on the tour to Aoraki (Mount Cook), and it was an incredible experience. Beth and Will are outstanding guides who went far beyond what we expected from tour guides. In addition to the information about the tour itself, we learned a lot about local culture, geology, flora and fauna, and we were constantly entertained. On our first whole day in New Zealand we attended to the Milford Sound daytrip and what a way to start our honeymoon! The whole trip was engaging, not only Milford Sound itself, but all the additional stops and the view all along the ride. Thomas, our guide did his best to make the most out of the day. Super delightful and informatve guy, professional and approachable at the same time. Perfect amount of stories and facts and background along the road about the area. We went on the Milford Sounds Executive Tour today. The day was spectacular, with views so out of this world they made you quite emotional. Let me start with the only negative: the morning coffee stop. The coffee was terrible, and the venue felt, at best, like a conference breakout room (we’re on holiday — we don’t need reminders of work!) and, at worst, like a travel waiting room. It wasn’t what I would have expected from an executive tour. That’s the negative over with, because everything else was amazing. The trip offered the most spectacular views. The cruise was wonderful, and the tasting menu was sublime. The staff were all very attentive and explained each course with passion and knowledge. But what really made the day fantastic for both me and my husband was our tour guide, Stuart. His knowledge, paired with his lovely Dutch sense of humour, made the experience so much more enjoyable. He broke the ice straight away, making it feel like we were a group of friends on a day out rather than complete strangers. I was especially impressed by his ability to remember everyone’s names and where in the world we were from — and to use those names naturally throughout the day. Experienced Milford Sound and learned so much about New Zealand with Stuart, who was an exceptional guide and driver. Stuart was extremely kind, respectful, funny and knowledgeable, 12 hours flew by with him! His liveliness and enthusiasm brought New Zealand's history and culture to life. We felt absolutely safe and engaged throughout the tour. Everything about the tour was nothing short of amazing! :)

WOW! Altitude’s Milford Sound day tour was truly awesome! Huge thanks to our friendly guide Amy who navigated our bus through beautiful mountains. The drive is long but the stunning views and stories kept us entertained. It goes by fast! I loved the little stops along the way too! From coffee to hikes to bathroom breaks, it’s all smooth sailing. The Milford cruise was truly incredible! Fjordland national park and Milford Sound our something to behold! Must see!!!
