My husband and I had the Romeo and Juliet massage. It was wonderfully relaxing from the start, in the pool and the sauna. The massage was amazing. We both feel deeply relaxed and can now enjoy our holiday. Thank you

Not recommended. We came here as our last stop but it turned out to be unpleasant. The masseuse turned on the light immediately after they finished the massage, and came inside to the room to urge us to leave while we are still half naked… it’s not so respectful. And there are many holes on the towels… not a place worth 4.9 rating.

I had a Deep Tissue Massage with Arwa, a top-notch therapist. Service included 15 minute sauna and 15 min jacuzzi. You can opt for 30 minutes of either. It is a clean, new looking facility with respect for privacy and relaxation. Massage includes a choice of two face masks. I was thoroughly relaxed... I am a therapist and used to work in the high end medical spa. I am a discerning client. I would certainly return to Belleza Spa. Manager Marco makes it easy to arrange, so you feel welcomed. Thank you and keep it up!

Excellent experience! I got the Moroccan hammam and it was lovely. My therapist did a great job on the massage, the steam room was my favorite before massage. Would be helpful to teach the staff a little bit more English, but overall great. Very safe! Reasonable pricing. :)

Overall, it was a good spa with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. We got the Romeo and Juliet couple package (120 mins for 2 people) and a sports massage (60 mins for 1 person). The total cost was €135 (around 7,425 EGP), and they do accept card payments. The place looks clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. The massage therapists were excellent, especially mine, who did an amazing job finding all the trigger and pain points. I’ve been to many massage places, and I can honestly say the therapist here was great. However, there were a few downsides. Communication was quite confusing and felt a bit unprofessional. Their basic English could be improved to make the experience smoother. Because of the confusion and a few other issues, our session ended about 15 minutes earlier than promised, though we didn’t mind too much. Also, there was a brief power outage during the treatment, and I wasn’t very comfortable when the staff talked and gossiped in Arabic while working. Despite these small issues, the massage itself was wonderful, and the overall service was good. With a bit of improvement in communication, this place could easily offer a perfect experience. (So -1 star due to the communication problem)
