Please note that public transportation is nearby. The tour is not wheelchair or stroller accessible, infant seats are unavailable, and infants must sit on laps. It is not suitable for pets. Pickups are provided within Nairobi, and travelers should indicate their location for the driver to meet them at the lobby. Exclusions include tips and personal items such as souvenirs, travel insurance, and visa fees.
