The route offers a mix of sandy, clay, and rocky terrains with diverse landscapes including beaches, pine forests, farmland, oak trees, and mountains.
The ride begins with coastal scenery, passes through vast pine forests, and continues into farmland before entering the mountainous Natural Park of Serras de Aire e Candeeiros. Along the way, riders pass rural villages small towns churches chapels and local sanctuaries, making this journey rich in cultural and natural landmarks. After reaching Fátima, participants are transported back to Nazaré by vehicle. The tour is self-guided but assistance is provided along the route for any mechanical or logistical support.
