Kornati National Park is one of the most stunning places on the Adriatic — a dream for sailors and nature lovers alike. I’ve visited several times by boat, and the experience is always unforgettable. The endless chain of rocky islands, sheer cliffs, and hidden coves create a landscape that feels almost otherworldly. Swimming in crystal-clear waters, hiking up for sweeping views, or anchoring at a quiet bay is pure magic. Don’t miss stopping at one of the small konobas, like on Levrnaka, for freshly grilled fish or octopus. The Kornati are wild, raw, and endlessly beautiful — a true Croatian treasure.
If you are an ordinary tourist who came to this area for a while and have no boat of your own I recommend you to buy an organised trip for a whole day. There are a lot of trips to choose from. Compare them before making a choice. I had a full day trip with a modest breakfast, lunch and three breaks on the islands. Fantastic! Good relaxing views of islands and aquatic life (fish, dolphins and birds). A very rewarding day.
Good park with lots of facilities and nice views from different cliffs. It has one Salt lake which is perfect to swim. Many restaurants with bar facilities are available. Public toilet is also there.
