Was waiting for at the meeting point waiting for the tour to start when at the time the tour was due to start (and only then) I got a notification from GetYourGuide telling me the company had cancelled. That’s so poor to leave it THAT late. The reason given was poor weather… the weather was to remain dry for at least 1-2 hours after the tour was due to finish and I see multiple guides leading groups through the old palace area. I suspect I was the only one booked on and that was the real reason they decided to cancel. The weather excuse is nonsense (what your guide can’t guide in rain anyway). Company representative I spoke to on the phone didn’t apologise once! Avoid!

Great 90min walking tour especially if you want to learn some of the 4,000 year history of Croatia and this complex & fractious region. Antoni was our guide and she was fantastic- she provided so much information and insight. The tour is an absolute bargain at just €15 pp, for a 90 tour with a group of 18. The Old Town get absolutely packed with group tours and crowds in the middle of the day, but it’s relatively quiet in the morning an hour before the tour starts, and again from 3pm onwards. It’s a visually stunning place so absolutely worth taking the time pre or post tour to wander around for an hour.

Good tour, the guide Fran was excellent with really good knowledge. We did Split Trigor tour. Good communicatoon before. Split was very busy and hot but Fran managed to find shade and some quiter spots.

We really enjoyed our Split walking tour. Our guide, Marta, was really good, very knowledgeable and personable. It was a busy day in Split with a lot of tour groups, a big cruise ship arriving and a film crew on the main square all at the same time, but our guide navigated us to all the quiet areas so we were able to enjoy in peace. Gave some good tips on what else to to and see around Split. Would recommend!
