If you're visiting Palma for the first time or only have a day to explore, the City Sightseeing bus is a really practical way to cover ground. I found that it's a fantastic tool for getting your bearings and seeing how the famous landmarks—like the Cathedral (La Seu) and Bellver Castle—are laid out relative to the main shopping areas and the port. The buses run a 90-minute loop, with a frequency of about 20-25 minutes in season, which offers good flexibility. The route covers around 18 stops, including must-sees like the Poble Espanyol and the Joan Miró Foundation, which are further away from the main city center. The audio guide is informative and helps point out interesting history as you drive. The biggest drawback I noticed, which seems common across reviews, is that boarding can sometimes be a bit chaotic, and during peak times, traffic can slow the tour down. Overall, it's worth the price for the convenience, especially if you plan to use the 24-hour ticket to hop off at the further-out sights like Bellver Castle for those incredible panoramic views. It’s definitely a valuable first-day activity!

Visiting Palma so what better way to see some of the sights than an open top bus tour...much easier than walking round in the heat all day .. tickets are 24€ each or 12€ each for pensioners...does tend to get fairly busy so do beware..we jumped off at the Castell belverr which is stop 9 I think....well worth a visit and very cheap to get in...5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took the bus directly off our cruise and saw all the major sights in the time we had. Lost my wallet on the bus and only realised 10 minutes after I got off. This was less than an hour before my cruise left. Sent a message to the company WhatsApp, they found it and mailed it back to my hotel in Barcelona! Took a few days to sort out the logistics but definitely a reflection of the teams service and efforts. Thank you!
