They only wanted my money, so they lied to me and were RUDE! I purchased this Hop on Hop off in Oslo, Hop on AS. I was coming off my cruise and 1st one to be on this bus. I have big luggage so I asked the seller from Hop on AS, if I can stay on the bus, do one round of their route, and come off to stop 11, the stop closest to the central train station, where I will catch a train to go to the airport. There were 6 of us who asked exactly same thing. We were all told yes we can without the need of hopping off... so we made our choices based on the answer and the timing of completing the round with our scheduled flights. When we arrived at Stop #1, we were told that everyone must come off the bus, and another bus will arrive in 30 minutes. We were stunned, not just the fact that we lost 30 minutes but we also had to haul our luggage. The fact that they lied. The lady on stop #1, was yelling to us that she does not have her phone with her, that she can't call, that she can't do anything. This in not miscommunication. This is FALSE ADVERTISING.
Some of the ports for the head sets were not working. Would suggest to only go on the bus with the glass windows up top not the plastic I ones as it’s hard to see out and take pictures of the top is on
I do not recommend that you waste your money on this service. The company sells unlimited tickets, so when you try to get on the bus. It is aways full. After 1 hour waiting for a seat, we walked to the next stop. Same story - there were no seats. Requests for a refund were unresponsive. They take your money, but do not deliver the service. Beware.
