Customer Reviews
We made the reservation via WhatsApp and received excellent and fast service. The story was very entertaining and the challenges were quite varied, so I liked that aspect. Areas for improvement include taking better care of broken or worn materials, as there were several. We experienced two issues: first, a marker we needed wouldn't write, and we wasted time asking for a replacement; second, a device we were supposed to use wasn't charged and had no battery, and the staff member had to explain the solution since we couldn't fix it ourselves. I think if they addressed these details, I would give it 5 stars.
A Nice surprise, aliens is not my thing but the game was very good, nice wow factor!
This is the first escape room I've ever done and I have to say I was really pleased with the whole experience. We did the alien abduction room, and it was very immersive, and the puzzles were very enjoyable. I'm only rating 4 stars though because some of the parts weren't very well illuminated, so it was difficult to see small things (numbers on locks for example). I'll definitely return another time to try their other offerings.
