From Monday to Friday, reservations are recommended, while on weekends rentals are available only with prior booking. These e-bikes are designed exclusively for city streets and paved roads, making them perfect for anyone who wants to discover Seville comfortably and effortlessly. You can even add a baby seat if needed. To rent, riders must know how to ride a bike and be at least 150 cm tall. For rentals that include an overnight period, the bicycle must be stored indoors. At the time of pickup, ELECMOVE will require a credit card for a temporary hold, which will be released once the bike and all rented equipment are returned in the same condition. Please note that there is no bathroom available on-site.
The e-bikes provided are premium models equipped with central motors from Bosch, Yamaha, or Shimano, along with batteries of 400Wh or higher for excellent autonomy. I dropped into Bike Stop after researching a few shops in the area. I was very glad that I came here as the service and customer experience they provide is top notch. Cliff and his colleague sorted my bike in 15 minutes and asked for a very small fee. Cant speak on the rental aspect as I only went in for a repair but the bikes in there look quality and I'm certain you'd be in good hands. Great tunes in the shop and the environment is chill. Will 100% be returning for any other bike issues I have in the future.

A few days ago, I wrote to the store’s email to ask if they could rent me just two helmets for 24 hours, without the bikes. I know it was a strange request, so I would have completely understood if they had said it wasn’t possible. But when Cliff replied, he not only said it was possible — he also told me they would lend me the helmets free of charge. Incredible! They were truly generous and kind, and that’s why I would recommend them a thousand times over. Not only for their excellent work and helpfulness, but above all, for their outstanding human quality. They rent a very good bike!! It's a bit pricey, but the bike is good for moving along the city. I did like 30-ish km with the bike and my only complain is the bike can't get higher than 8th gear. The People in the store are nice and helpful. Definitely going to rent in this store again.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I needed an urgent repair to a flat back tyre with multiple punctures and decided to take my chances on the Bike Stop located on Capel Street. Walked in with no appointment and Cliff, who was run off his feet working alone on the day, apologised that it would take him an hour. I came back 45 minutes later and the job was done flawlessly. In sumary ... fast, efficient and quality service provided, and very customer focused attention. I now know where I will go from now on for any bicycle-related issues. Thanks Cliff!
