They have a price 3 euros lower than the competition and they tell you that the boats go 15 times a day, but the truth is that they go maybe 7 times a day. We wanted to go back to Ibiza at 18:00. The lady at the window gave us information that the boat leaves at 18.00, 18.32, 19.00 and the truth was that the boat left at 17.15 and then not until 20.15. So we had to pay another 55 euros so that we didn't have to wait until 18.15. I don't understand why they are so intrusive. And also their boat is 15 minutes slower than the competition.
We had the worst experience I ever had with a ferry. First the ferry isn’t 45 minutes like advertised, it’s 1h30 minutes from figueretes beach and 1h15m to/from playa d’en bossa. Second, they boarded 4 peoples to then quick then out because they over booked. Don’t get them onboard in the first place and if you do ask them to disembark, do it politely. (Which wasn’t the case) Third they are mean and rough, well it’s a tourist transfert…. Fourth and foremost, we book a return at 19h as we wanted to stay as long as possible on formentera, it’s only when we disembark the vessel they advise that the only return was at 17h30. They lied on our reservation and we had to find out only once at formentera and when we couldn’t get other ferry for the return. I don’t recommend them and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I have been badly treated by the lady who was attending (discontinuously) the ticket office at Ibiza harbour this morning. (1st October 2025). Very poor client service and information wrongly given repeatedly.
