The old rail trail is a fantastic walk cycle or run through the old railway route. An easy cycleway to accomplish. Ireland should be proud with the efforts put in to maintain this cycleway.
Best place for a Walk or cycling. Shared path but beautiful. You can cycle 20 Km to mullingar or 15 KM to Athlone.
