Visited in October and Dearbhile spent ages helping me pick the right furniture for my kitchen renovation. All arrived today and I couldn't be happier. Everything is such high quality and looks stunning, I know I'm going to have them for many years to come. Beyond happy with my experience. We ordered a dining table and footstool/ottoman. We waited months for delivery. That’s standard enough in fairness. Within 8 days I wrote to cancel the order of the ottoman as is my legal right due to faults with the ottoman. The velvet on the ottoman wore away almost instantly and the wood of the table over it was cheap plywood that was chipped and damaged on delivery. They sent someone out to inspect who spent 10 minutes brushing it this was and that. They said they would replace the wood. I have emailed again and again and again. All they do is say, we’ll call you. They call me while I’m in work unable to answer. They refuse to email. They have failed to deliver as per the email attached. We never received the replacement. Our dining table is lovely. But for the above reasons I really couldn’t recommend them. We basically threw €600 down the loo for the ottoman.

Don't fall for the trap, Black Friday prices are same as the ones they had last summer. As a customer I feel that this is very deceiving practice and didn't notice only here, also in other furniture shops. Super disappointing

We ordered their Charlotte Ottoman bed mid of September 11th. We got confirmation right away and on that email, they mentioned we will get a separate email to track our delivery, which we never did. I waited a couple of days and emailed their customer service to confirm if we’ll receive one. I got a response right away, which wasn’t very clear (adding a screenshot of the email I got from their customer service). Edited: Nicole from DF got onto me after she saw my review. She scheduled for their assembly team to visit and fix the problem we are having with the bed. Thanks DF team. It took a little over 6 weeks for the delivery to arrive. We put the bed together ourselves and we found the instructions very hard to follow. It took us 5 hours to put it together. The bed looks great but when we were building it, some of the screws doesn’t go all the way in, even with a drill so it makes a lot of noise even with a tiny bit of movement.

My first time visiting Diamond Furniture store. It is beautifully laid out and has amazing furniture. I had been looking for a recliner chair and sofa for some time now and finally found what I was looking for here. When I sat in the Bayley recliner chair it was just so comfortable. The 3 seater sofa is from the Tessa range and also very comfy. Also great value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, patient and helpful. I am looking forward to receiving my furniture as soon as it is available. I have a little bit of a wait but it will be worth it.
