Your adventure starts in Scotland’s ancient capital, Edinburgh, where this full-day journey takes you from the Lowlands into the heart of the Highlands. Accompanied by a warm and friendly driver-guide, enjoy Scottish music, stories, and legends as the scenery transforms while traveling through the Trossachs National Park. Along the way, you’ll hear fascinating local history, capture breathtaking photographs in the dramatic valley of Glencoe, and continue on to the town of Fort William, where you’ll stop for a relaxed lunch break surrounded by iconic Highland landscapes.

After lunch, the tour continues north into the Great Glen, where you can choose to explore the atmospheric ruins of Urquhart Castle before joining a guided cruise on the world-famous Loch Ness, or simply skip the castle and board the cruise directly from the Clansman Hotel. These optional paid experiences allow flexibility, and the hotel also offers a nature trail, café, and restaurant. The return journey travels south through the Cairngorms National Park, stopping at Taste Perthshire for a comfort break, dinner options, and the chance to photograph and feed Highland cattle. From there, it’s around an hour back to Edinburgh, with plenty of time built in throughout the day for meals, rest stops, and facilities.
